You have to have a subscription to dA and then use CSS and graphics. ^^;

When you go to update your journal, below where you input your entry and all of the mood stuff, there's a link to update with CSS. You click on that and then you can add coding - graphics would go into the code for the background, etc. You can find layout templates here on dA if you search for them. ^^ (That's what I did - found this journal template and decided to use it.)
